A GREAT PLACE TO WORK
The MPG paternity leave policy is great! I had 6 weeks completely paid to enjoy and spend time with my family during the most important times of my wife and newborn daughters’ life. I was able to not worry about work and focus strictly on my family during this time! Best of all, I did not come back to a load of work as my team helped support me during my leave.

I have had a wonderful experience so far with Market Performance Group DEIB mission. I have Cerebral Palsy, specifically left hemi-paresis, and cannot use my left hand as a result. From Day 1, the Strategic Marketing and Communication team and IT have gone above and beyond in offering support and getting me the things I need in order to make my work easier. While this may be as simple as offering assistance, ordering a configurable mouse with buttons to do certain keyboard functions, and providing me with a tabletop electric desk riser, I truly appreciate it and feel as though my individual needs have been recognized.

One of my favorite times of the year is the Market Performance Group celebration of our IPA winners (Inspirational Performance Award). No matter if we have worked directly with the winners or teams being honored, we get a glimpse into their exceptional results and how they are stewards of our company’s core values. We love to celebrate each other here at MPG, and in turn, it inspires each of us to continue to do better each and every day. This year, I was beyond blessed with the first inaugural Rhonda Johnson Award. Rhonda meant so much to so many, and to be associated with her in this way by a company I love is an honor I will never forget.

Market Performance Group allows me to bring my ‘whole self’ to work every day. I learned firsthand that we have the right people and processes in place to support our team-members both in and out of work... Because we all know – life happens!
When I recently needed to take some unexpected time away from my desk, my team rallied immediately to ensure I felt secure in taking the days I needed to heal and return at my best. I was met with a clear plan of action from my leaders and a willingness amongst my team to step up and deliver top-notch service to our clients and partners in my absence. MPG made it seamless for me to get right back into the swing of things, with grace and gratitude.
