EVP Analytics and Client Lead
Jennifer is an accomplished consumer healthcare products veteran with almost 30 years of combined consulting and sales management experience. Jennifer has a strong customer and marketplace focus, and a deep understanding of the retail environment, shopper marketing, and category management, as well as considerable expertise in building sales force capabilities.
Jennifer joined MPG in 2009 and leads client engagements across a wide range of consumer health product segments, designing and implementing winning strategies for portfolio, pricing, and trade investment optimization; high-performing customer-centric sales organizations; and category leadership and transformation.
Prior to joining MPG, Jennifer served for two decades in various sales and sales management roles at Wyeth and then Johnson & Johnson (J & J). Her strong performance and expertise in building capabilities around Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Integrated Business Planning, and New Item Launches earned her the position as Director of J&J’s Sales Center of Excellence, which built these capabilities for all J&J consumer brands across 26 HBC categories. She also played a key role in the Pfizer integration in building an infrastructure to bring six sales forces together into one team.
Jennifer has a B.A. in Business Management from Gettysburg College.
