John Hogan

Managing Partner / GM Strategy and Administration

John joined MPG in 2015 after more than three decades with Johnson & Johnson (J & J), where his global focus on the customer experience across J&J Companies drove the creation and alignment of superior customer value propositions and the operating models to efficiently deliver on them. He has extensive experience in the areas of process optimization, driving efficiencies, change management, acquisition integration, supply chain, customer service, sales, and marketing.

As Vice President, Customer and Logistics Services, John focused globally on customer facing Order-to-Cash functions (Customer Service, Distribution, Accounts Receivable, and associated services), Transportation, Brand Protection / Supply Chain Security, Global Master Data Management, and Channel Strategy Management; in the U.S., his focus was on contracting services for J&J Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS).

Prior positions included President of JJHCS and President in J&J's Consumer and Vision Care Franchises. John served as Integration Leader for the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare acquisition, developing and overseeing the successful execution of functional, global, and regional integration strategies to achieve synergies and create shareholder value.

John also served on the board of GHX, a neutral exchange that aims to improve the procurement-to-payment process in the health care supply chain.

He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arkansas.
